Big Day, Lots of Fun

Saturday was a full packed day for us. We had a Birthday Party, Primary Activity, Summer Kick-Off Party at the Library, in the evening we went to a Charity walk and Concert. It was fun, but we were all pretty worn out. Here are some pics and a video from our fun and crazy day.

For the charity event, sponsers had brought in Bounce Castles, Huge slides and...SNOW! This was the biggest hit (other than the slide) The kids thought it was great. Now this is my idea of fun, playing in the snow in the middle of the summer, when it is really stinking HOT!They got to jump and slide and dig in it. They threw snow balls and rubbed it on their head...whatever they wanted

The concert was a group called Vocal Trash. They get their name because they sing, and they play on Trash cans and other miscellaneous items. The kids really got into the music.

There were tons a people from church there, my visiting teacher was organizing this event for a Mom's club that she is a member of. All the proceeds went to help a house for abused children. We sat with our friends the Olsens. All the little kids really got into dancing to the music.
Corbin really wanted to catch the huge Beach Balls that were being tossed through the crowd.
