Puppies!

My friend Teasha's miniature schnauzer, Sipsie gave birth to FIVE adorable puppies. Just arrived today at about 3:15pm- 6:15pm. Most adorable things I've ever seen. She called me right after the first one was born. I put both kids in the car and hauled it over to her house. We barely missed Number Two, but I got to help with the last three.

It was funny because the UltraSound had only shown that there were two puppies in there. We weren't sure what to think when they just kept coming. Sipsie did great. I have to hand it to Teasha. She did great and knew just what to do even when some of the puppies needed help to start breathing. I would not have been so composed if it had been me. I am a big animal person, but I have never got to do anything like this before. It was so neat.

Alli (Teasha's two year old Daughter) was napping when the first few puppies were born. She came out and was just tickled to find puppies. These pictures are her first reaction to seeing the puppies
All the boys did great watching 101 Dalmations in the other room. Corbin came in to check on Sipsie. He saw one be born, but he thought it was a little messy. He just wanted to go back to playing and watching the show.
